I wanted to put this review up since I had a wonderful experience, there was a little mix up in my order but called Ms. Jennifer janke and she resolved everything right away. Did not transfer me to anyone else and took this situation and turned it around for me in min. I wish there was more people during these times like her. She is a great asset for the company. And working for the hospitality industry for 30 years , I know customer service. I give her 10 stars… thank you for making my day.

The staff at American Homecare Equipment are very kind and helpful. The company set me up with a C-PAP machine a few years ago and even delivered it to me at the library. Since then, we have ordered two wheelchairs. The service has been stellar. We look forward to being customers with this company for many years to come.

Even though it seems some people where receiving the devices late. My doctor sent the prescription last week Tuesday, AHE called me to process everything last Friday and told me a tech would call me in the next 4 business days., and a technician called Tuesday this week and came out today to deliver the CPAP. so in all only took 4 days. The delay in machines may be due to the CPAP recall shortage and chip shortage.

Last night my oxygen concentrator malfunctioned and needed to be replaced. Christian, the tech on call, was at my house with new equipment within the hour. Great customer service, would highly recommend.

The service was excellent, from the beginning they understood what we needed, it was fast, the training on how to use the device was easy and simply explained, and the pickup was easy to schedule. I do recommend this service all the way, they are trustable, reliable and high quality
